In July of 2026, I was able to visit Sätergläntan Folk School in Dalarna, Sweden for a course on carving fresh wood. It was a delightful time, and I was glad to learn of many more techniques, tools, and painting styles. This rich hoard of cooking tools is the result of my week of learning.
